Welcome to Zroorat Store! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their order at any time before the parcel is handed over to the courier service. Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refusal of Delivery & Fake Orders

• We operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD). If a customer places a fake order or refuses to accept a genuine delivery at their doorstep without a valid reason, Zroorat Store reserves the right to blacklist their name, phone number, and address from placing any future orders on our website.

3. Pricing and Availability

• All prices listed on our website are in PKR. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
